Winthrop Pride…

I’m not one to really talk about where I went to school… It would probably surprise some of you to find out that I am a graduate of James Island High School, Winthrop University (undergrad) and Charleston Southern University (MBA). I came across an article the other day about my Winthrop University and how black students are graduating at a higher rate than they are at other schools. This doesn’t shock me, because Winthrop students, by nature, are smart. You can read the article in the Post and Courier here.
